Accessibility statement.
Target standard
This site is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Below is what has actually been implemented, what has not, and how to reach a person if any of it fails you.
02The standard
Level AA, on every page and every component.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the standard most accessibility law and procurement policy points at. Level AA is the level normally required, and it is the level we build to.
Conformance is a claim about a moving target. Pages change, and something that met the standard in one release can fail in the next. So instead of a badge, this page sets out the specific measures that are in place, the specific things that are not, and a direct way to tell us when we have got it wrong.
If you need any information on this site in a different format, we will give it to you by phone or email. You do not have to explain why.

03What has been done
The measures actually in place.
Each item below is implemented today, not planned. Where something is only partly true, it is listed as a limitation instead.
- 01Structure
Landmarks and structure
Pages are built from semantic HTML with real landmarks: one header, one main region, one footer, and named navigation regions. Headings are used in document order rather than picked for their size.
- 02Navigation
Skip link
The first element keyboard focus reaches on every page is a skip link that jumps straight to the main content, so the navigation does not have to be traversed on every page.
- 03Keyboard
Keyboard operation
Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. On small screens the menu opens as a dialog that holds focus inside it, closes with Escape, and returns focus to the button that opened it.
- 04Focus
Visible focus
Every interactive element has a visible focus indicator, drawn clear of the element so it is not obscured by the element itself. The indicator is never removed for styling.
- 05Forms
Forms
Every field has a label that is programmatically associated with its input, not merely placed beside it. Validation errors are linked to the field with aria-describedby, the field is marked aria-invalid, and the message sits with the field rather than at the top of the page.
- 06Contrast
Color and contrast
Every text and background pairing in the design system has been checked against the WCAG contrast thresholds, including the inverted band and the red accent. Color is never the only thing carrying a meaning.
- 07Motion
Reduced motion
Transitions honor the prefers-reduced-motion setting and stop when it is on. Content is visible by default and never waits for an animation to finish before it can be read.
- 08No script
Readable without JavaScript
Informational pages render and read completely with JavaScript turned off. Navigation, contact details and the legal disclosures do not depend on it.
- 09Widgets
Native controls
Question and answer sections use the browser’s own details and summary elements rather than a custom accordion, so they behave the way your assistive technology already expects.
- 10Content
Figures and decoration
Headline numbers are announced together with their unit, so a figure is never read out without the qualifier that gives it meaning. Purely decorative elements, such as the section rail in the left margin, are hidden from assistive technology.
04Known limitations
What does not work yet.
An accessibility statement that lists no limitations has usually not been tested. These are the ones we know about.
- The repayment calculator requires JavaScript. It is an interactive control, and with scripting turned off it does not produce a result. The same information is written out in prose on rates and terms.
- The menu on small screens requires JavaScript. Every page it links to is also linked from the footer, which is plain markup and present on every page.
- No independent audit has been commissioned. This statement describes our own testing during development. It is not a third-party certification, and we will not describe it as one.
The same numbers, without the calculator
Advances run from $15,000 to $20,000,000, at factor rates of 1.20 to 1.50, over 5 to 18 months, with an origination fee of 2% to 10% deducted at funding.
Worked example: $100,000 at a factor of 1.35 is $135,000 repaid over 10 months. That is about 43 weekly ACH debits of roughly $3,100 to $3,150.

05Report a problem
If something here stops you, tell us.
A page you cannot use is a defect, and we treat it as one. You do not need to be a customer to report it, and reporting one never affects an enquiry you have with us.
Send us the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you use assistive technology, telling us which one helps us reproduce the problem quickly.
We answer in under 4 business hours. We will tell you what we found and when it will be fixed. If the fix takes time, we will give you the information you came for in the meantime: by phone, by email, in large print or plain text, or read to you. Whatever works.

Reviewed whenever the site changes.
Accessibility is checked as part of shipping, not once a year.
Every new page and every new component is checked for keyboard operation, focus order, label association, heading order and contrast before it goes live. When we find something that does not meet the standard, it is either fixed or listed above as a limitation. It is not removed quietly.
