Atlas Business Capital is a merchant cash advance brokerage operated by Veilon AG. This page sets out what that means, how we are paid, and the company you would actually be contracting with.
02What we are
A brokerage. Not the source of the money.
We place merchant cash advance files with third-party funding companies. We do not make the credit decision and we do not set the rate.
A funding company buys a fixed portion of your future receivables. It reviews your deposits, decides whether to fund, and its capital is what reaches your account. Our work sits either side of that: knowing which funders fit which files, presenting yours accurately, and translating the offer that comes back into plain dollars.
Because the decision is not ours, we cannot promise you an approval, an amount, a factor rate or a funding date. Same-day funding is available on qualified files, and whether a file qualifies is determined by the funder reading your statements, not by us.
What we are not
- Not a lender and not a bank
- Not a funding company (we hold none of the capital)
- Not the party that approves or declines your file
- Not the party that prices it
03How we are paid
A commission, paid by the funder.
When a transaction completes, the funding company pays us a commission. There is no separate invoice from us to you.
That arrangement is standard across this industry. It is also worth saying out loud what it means: our income depends on transactions closing. An incentive you can see is easier to weigh than one you have to guess at.
It is the reason this site publishes the full repayment arithmetic rather than a factor rate on its own, the reason the origination fee of 2% to 10% is stated wherever cost is discussed, and the reason there is a page whose entire purpose is to talk some readers out of proceeding. Read that page before you read anything else here.
Disclosed on request
The specific commission arrangement on your transaction (who pays us and how much) is disclosed on request, before you sign anything. Ask early rather than late.

One company, one address.
A trading name is not a counterparty. Here is the company behind this website, stated plainly.

Veilon AG operates this website and the brokerage conducted through it. The advance itself is a contract between your business and the funding company, on that company paper, in the United States.
Why this is on the page
Plenty of sites in this industry publish a trading name, a stock photograph and nothing you could look up. Before you send a single document you are entitled to know which company you are sending it to, and where that company is.

No SSN or statements on this website
The forms here ask what the business does, roughly what it deposits and how to reach you. Social Security numbers, account numbers and bank statements are never collected on this site. Documents go to the funder later, sent securely.

No credit pull for an indication
Telling you what a file like yours tends to attract costs you nothing and touches nothing. A funder may run credit later, with your permission, once you decide to go further.

Total cost, not just a factor rate
Every figure we put in front of you includes the total dollars repaid, the origination fee of 2% to 10% deducted at funding, and the weekly ACH payment. A factor rate on its own is not a price.

We say so when it is the wrong tool
If a bank loan or a line of credit is open to you, take it. It will cost materially less. If the weekly debit does not fit your real cash flow, we will say that as well, and the file stops there.

Your details are not sold
What you send goes to the funders being considered for your file, and nowhere else. We do not sell or trade it to other brokers, lead buyers or marketing lists.
